Job Title: Financial Customer Service Representatives (2nd Shift)
Job Description:

We are hiring Financial Customer Service reps to take inbound phone calls from current customers making payments, setting up automatic payments, and ensuring a positive customer experience. To succeed, you must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, customer service, deadline-oriented environment. As a Financial Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for customer account resolution by using effective negotiating and relationship building skills to partner with the customer and help problem solve. You will be representing our client on the phone to the consumer. Therefore, our customer service efforts focus on protecting the clients brand reputation through creating a positive customer experience. Six months of experience in customer service is required.

Education & Experience Requirements
• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months of work history in a customer service environment
• Proficiency in computer and typing skills
• Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner with the customer
• Achieve schedule adherence and compliance expectations
• Meet productivity and call quality standards as set by the company
• Problem solving skills & ability to recommend solutions

Dress Code:
M-Saturday 2:30-11:00 or 12:30-9:30 Sundays off and one addiotnal day during the week
$10.75 M-F, Saturday Pay $12.00
