Job Description:

Looking for candidates with one year call center experience and a stable work history to assist customers, via telephone, e-mail or chat, with orders, inquiries, requests, problem resolution, and comments/feedback regarding products/services in the banking industry. Most shifts are Monday-Friday and you must be available to work a 40 hours shift between 6AM and 10PM. Background check, credit check, reference check, drug screen and High School diploma required.
